We work hard to minimise shipping costs, but unfortunately we can't provide free shipping on all HomeCourse products. The fees we charge often don't cover the freight costs.

Warranty & Returns

Returns & Refunds

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges of undamaged HomeCourse products within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the order total, plus return shipping and handling fees.
  • Returned products must be in their original retail box with all accessories and all protective packaging.
  • All refunds are processed once the undamaged unit is received at our warehouse.
  • Contact us at support@simulatorshq.com for a return authorization code and details to schedule your return.

Damaged on Arrival

  • If your HomeCourse product is damaged during shipping, you must note the damage when signing for the delivery and send photos of the damage to support@simulatorshq.com.
  • We will reship a new product to you as quickly as possible.

Warranty

  • We offer a full one-year warranty on your HomeCourse product from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers the following replacement parts: motor, pro-arm netting, sky netting and projection screen.
  • The warranty excludes:
  • Product abuse or neglect due to consumer misuse
  • Repairs by a third party
  • Customer alterations or modifications
  • Damage caused by consumer mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear (the projection screen is a wear item)
