The GSA Golf VisTrak Xcam is a modular hi-speed camera unit that can be configured in six different launch monitor setups - ceiling mounted, floor mounted, or combined - making it the most flexible camera in the VisTrak range.

Each Xcam includes 24 narrow-beam IR LED lights, interchangeable lenses, a 40ft USB3 cable, and both ceiling and floor mounting hardware. Use one Xcam as an Eagle-equivalent ceiling unit or an LX1-equivalent floor unit. Use two together to build a full SCX (dual ceiling), EVi (ceiling plus floor), or LX2 (dual floor) equivalent system.

The Xcam is a flexible building block for golfers who want to start with one camera and add a second later, or who want one device that can reconfigure for different setups. It is not a plug-and-play device - a USB3-connected Windows PC is required.

Shipping

Shipping Costs

  • Standard GSA Golf shipping $70
  • Free shipping on all GSA Golf products above $2,000

Lead Times

  • Orders of GSA Golf products are normally shipped within 10 to 15 days of payment.
  • Component supplier delays or other issues beyond our control may extend this period to up to 60 days.
  • We make every effort to ship within the 10 to 15 day window but cannot be held responsible if this normal shipping period cannot be met.

Delivery

  • Once your order is ready to ship, it is sent via FedEx ground or 2nd day air.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

  • All GSA Golf products come with a full 1 year warranty on the internal electronics for private, non-commercial customers.
  • Grass Fiber panels and Impact Screens are excluded from any warranty unless found defective on delivery.
  • There are no warranties for commercial customers unless a commercial license is purchased.
  • Warranties are not transferable. They are valid only for the original purchaser and are void for any purchase of used products.

Hardware & Software ("As Is")

  • All GSA Golf electronic hardware and software is supplied "as is".
  • We cannot be held liable for inaccuracies, faults or software bugs in our products or systems. Any reported faults are dealt with and rectified as soon as possible.
  • We cannot be held liable for multiple USB camera systems not functioning correctly if they are installed on PCs not supplied or authorized by us.

Commercial Use

  • GSA Golf products are intended solely for use by private individuals at home.
  • We are not responsible for any issues that may occur when products are used in a commercial environment, such as an indoor golf facility, and accept no responsibility for loss of business.
  • Use of GSA Golf products in a commercial environment is solely at the purchaser's risk.
  • Basic technical support is offered to all purchasers. No additional support is offered for commercial use unless paid for.

Order Cancellation

  • All GSA Golf products are custom made and/or purchased to order, so we may incur considerable costs with any order.
  • Cancellation is available only within 7 days of placing your order, and only if the products have not already been made up and/or shipped.
  • Cancellations that require a refund are subject to a 20% fee plus 10% credit card fees, applied to both the charge and the refund.
  • After 7 days, all requests are handled under our Returns & Refunds terms below, even if the product has not yet shipped.

Returns & Refunds

  • GSA Golf returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 20% depending on condition.
  • You are required to return the product at your own expense. We do not provide free return labels.
  • The 30 day return policy applies solely to camera tracking systems.
  • It does not cover third-party game software (such as TGC) or enclosure items such as screens, flooring, drapes and panels.
  • "Cased" products are only refundable within the terms of the sales agreement.
