A full 6-axis motion platform designed for drivers and pilots who want every degree of movement, the P6 delivers Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Heave, Surge, and Sway simultaneously. Accelerations are reproduced through actual platform movement - not just by tilting the seat - and understeer, oversteer, and drifts each produce distinct, separate sensations.
The P6 uses separate front and rear roll centers for body roll and yaw, enabling side-to-side and front-to-back motion that a 4-axis platform cannot replicate. DOF Reality has been building motion simulators since 2014, and the P6 incorporates an additional gearbox on each motor that adds extra smoothness to slow movements, which is particularly noticeable in flight and other low-speed simulations.
All controllers - wheel, pedals, joystick, and display - move with the seat in a single rigid unit, allowing g-forces to be simulated through muscle pressure points rather than visual cues alone.
The platform runs SimRacingStudio software, which reads live telemetry from the vehicle and outputs precise motion feedback covering road bumps, surface texture, vibrations, gear changes, and collisions.
