Create a premium indoor golf experience with the Carl’s Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit, engineered for full-scale installations where strength, presentation and immersion matter. Designed for high-end golf rooms, training studios and commercial environments, it combines thick BlackStop™ performance fabric with a robust enclosure design to deliver a refined, course-inspired playing space built for serious use.
Compatible with sturdy 2" EMT pipe framing sold separately, the Pro Enclosure provides the structure and coverage needed for a professional-quality simulator setup with a clean, enclosed finish.
This is the enclosure for a room that exists to play golf. Carl's Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kit is built on 2-inch EMT steel tube and wrapped in thick BlackStop performance fabric, which gives it two things the entry-level kits cannot offer: a frame strong enough to carry mounted electronics, and the structural presence to survive a commercial bay taking real swings all day.
Two screens, one enclosure. The Pro kit is identical whichever you choose - the same 2 in steel EMT frame, the same fittings, the same assembly. Only the impact screen changes, and it is the single biggest influence on how the projected image looks. Both are triple-layer, tight-knit impact-resistant polyester and both are rated to the same 250 mph.
- Premium - three layers of heavy-duty, tight-knit impact-resistant polyester, the smoothest surface Carl's Place makes, with a noise-dampening centre layer and no visible fabric texture in the image.
- High-Contrast Gray - the same top-of-the-line triple-layer material, dyed to absorb ambient light for deeper blacks and richer colour. In a commercial room, or any bay you cannot fully darken, it is usually the right call.
The frame is the reason to buy it. Because the Pro frame is engineered to support mounted projectors and overhead launch monitors, the hardware comes off the ceiling and off the floor and attaches to the enclosure itself - which makes alignment repeatable and stops a ceiling joist dictating where your launch monitor sits. The optional Versatile Crossbar System slides forward and back along the depth pipes rather than being fixed at the point of order, so a future launch monitor can be positioned without retrofitting the enclosure.
The 2025 model rebuilt the fabric side as well. The ceiling and sidewalls are now a single wrap-around piece instead of separate panels, which cuts installation from around three hours to two. Screen and enclosure flaps are detachable and use a wider 2 inch hook-and-loop strip for a faster, longer-lasting fix. Foam inserts are now included as standard rather than sold as an add-on, and Pro pipe kits ship by ground rather than freight.
Setup note: this is a DIY kit that needs moderate skills and, realistically, two people. Assembly takes about 2 hours. Pipes are sold separately - either add the Pipe Framing Kit or source 2 in EMT locally and cut it to the lengths on the diagram supplied with your order. Be aware that 2 in EMT can be difficult to buy locally; check availability before deciding to self-source. Leave at least 2 inches above the enclosure for assembly, 2-3 inches on each side, and 12 inches behind the screen (9.5 inches minimum to fit the rear fittings).
Every enclosure is made to order, so production time varies with demand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

- Purpose-built for overhead tech - the frame is engineered to support mounted projectors and overhead launch monitors
- 2-inch EMT steel frame - commercial-grade strength for training studios and venues in daily use
- One-piece wrap-around cover - ceiling and sidewalls in a single piece, cutting installation from about three hours to two
- BlackStop light-blocking fabric - a dark, distraction-free bay so the projected image holds its colour and contrast
- Foam inserts included - keeps stray shots from bouncing off the frame
- Detachable flaps with 2 in hook-and-loop - wider fastener strip for a faster install and a longer-lasting fix
- Custom sized down to the inch - up to 135 in high and 240 in wide, so the enclosure fits the room rather than the reverse
