Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kit - Curved Enclosure
Skip the hassle of sourcing, cutting and transporting your own frame pipe with the Carl’s Pipe Framing Kit. It includes the necessary pre-sized pipes to assemble your golf simulator enclosure frame, making setup faster, easier and more convenient.
With no store runs, special tools or pipe cutting required, you can spend less time building and more time enjoying your simulator.
A curved enclosure needs more frame than a flat one, and every piece of it has to be the right length or the curve does not come out true. This kit removes that risk: 2-inch EMT conduit cut to the exact lengths your size and depth require, marked for position, including the additional pipes that form the curve of the screen.
That extra pipe count is the practical reason to buy the kit rather than self-source. A flat enclosure frame is forgiving of a millimetre here or there. A curved one is not - the screen geometry depends on it, and 2-inch EMT is difficult to buy locally in many areas to begin with.
Built with this kit, the curved frame is also strong enough to carry frame-mounted electronics, so overhead launch monitors and projectors can hang off the enclosure rather than the ceiling.
Delivery note: Curved pipe kits ship as palletised freight. You or the recipient must be present at delivery and take responsibility for unloading the pallet, or accept any charges incurred at the time of delivery. The heaviest box weighs around 50 lbs. If the customer cannot unload it box by box, add lift gate service to the order.
Select the enclosure size and depth that match your enclosure exactly. If you are ordering this separately from the enclosure, check your original order or the specification chart before choosing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Available in the following options:
- Six enclosure sizes: 9 x 14, 9 x 15, 9.5 x 14.5, 9.5 x 16, 10 x 15 and 10 x 17 ft
- Three depths: 8 ft, 10 ft and 15 ft
Features
- Pre-cut to your size and depth - every length arrives ready to assemble, no measuring and no cutting
- Includes the additional curve pipes - a curved enclosure uses more pipes than a flat one to hold the screen geometry
- Marked for position - each pipe is labelled so the frame goes together in order
- 2 in EMT electrical metallic tubing - the specified frame material for the Curved enclosure
- Supports frame-mounted electronics - overhead launch monitors and projectors can mount to the frame
- Solves a real sourcing problem - 2 in EMT is difficult to buy locally in many areas, and curved frames leave no margin for cutting error
In The Box
- Pre-cut and marked 2 in EMT pipes in the lengths and quantities required for the Curved enclosure size and depth selected, including the pipes that form the curve
The Curved Golf Enclosure Kit, which supplies the fittings, screen and enclosure fabric, is sold separately.
