Carl's Place Curved Golf Enclosure Kit with High-Contrast Gray Impact Screen
Transform your space into a truly immersive golf experience with the Curved Golf Enclosure Kit. Its panoramic curved impact screen wraps the action around your field of vision, creating greater depth, a wider visual range and a more realistic simulator feel from every swing.
Engineered with durable, professional-grade materials and designed for straightforward DIY installation, it delivers the performance serious golfers demand with the flexibility to suit home setups and commercial simulator bays alike. Choose from crisp white or high-contrast gray, and customise the enclosure to create a premium golf simulator built around your space.
A curved impact screen wraps the projected image around your field of vision, so the ball flies into a picture that surrounds you instead of a flat wall in front of you. This version pairs that curve with the High-Contrast Gray impact screen, which is the one to pick when the room has windows, downlights or a bar behind you.
The gray screen is the same triple-layer material as the Premium white screen, dyed to absorb more ambient light. Blacks go deeper, colours read richer and the picture holds up in daylight - which matters more on a curved screen, because a curve catches light from a wider range of angles than a flat one does.
The curve rises up to 4.5 feet from the deepest point of the screen, widening the field of view and giving depth cues a flat bay cannot. Only one projector is required. Image warping software is recommended so the picture can be pinched to follow the curve - the LG BU53RG and BenQ LK936ST include warping software, and Immersive Display Pro v6.1.2 has been used successfully on this enclosure.
Around the screen, BlackStop light-absorbing fabric keeps the bay dark. The frame runs on 2-inch EMT steel tube and, built with the Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kit, is strong enough to carry a frame-mounted projector or overhead launch monitor - which is what makes this kit viable for commercial venues as well as high-end home rooms.
Setup note: this is a genuine DIY kit. Assembly takes approximately 4 hours and needs at least two people, ideally more for lifting the frame. Pipes are sold separately - either add the Pipe Framing Kit or cut your own 2-inch EMT to the lengths on the frame assembly sheet supplied with your order. Leave 6 inches of buffer space above the enclosure and 2-3 inches on each side.
Every enclosure is made to order, so production time varies with demand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
