The CS3 CHICANE is a crate-shipped racing simulator equipped with MOZA Racing peripherals and built for intermediate simracers who want the realism of their favourite cars and tracks at an accessible price.

Designed to suit a wide range of skill levels and budgets, the CS3 delivers an immersive racing experience while arriving built, wired and tested for a fast setup.

Built by the Official Supplier of sim racing installations for the FIA, the CS3 is mounted on the ASR 3 chassis around a MOZA R9 direct drive wheelbase. As a click-to-drive system it ships in a crate largely pre-configured to get you racing quickly.

Please note: Customers may be required to pay duties, taxes, or tariffs charged by U.S. Customs on Advanced SimRacing porducts.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all Advanced SimRacing products above $100.

Where Your Order Ships From

  • All Advanced SimRacing orders ship from Montreal, Canada.
  • All shipments are sent with Signature Required. If you can't be home to receive your shipment, contact the carrier to request a re-delivery or a hold for pick-up at an access point.

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

  • Advanced SimRacing does not cover any duties, taxes, or tariffs charged by U.S. Customs on import.
  • For U.S. buyers, you are the importer of record. U.S. tariffs (customs duties) are legally paid by you to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, usually before the goods are released.
  • We collect payment for the product, taxes and shipping and ship your order, but Customs will not release it into the U.S. until you pay the tariff.
  • If the tariff is not paid, the product is returned to us or disposed of, and your money is not refunded.
  • Products manufactured in Canada — such as ASR chassis and accessories — are currently exempt from U.S. tariffs. Items produced in Europe or other regions may be subject to additional import duties or fees, depending on U.S. government regulations.
  • Products marked "Tariff Free [CA/US]" are exempt from current U.S. tariffs. This does not guarantee exemption from other import duties, taxes or fees, which remain your responsibility.

Sales & Use Tax

  • Advanced SimRacing does not cover Use Tax from any state. Where we don't collect tax on an item delivered to your state, you may owe "Use Tax" — a tax on the use, storage or consumption of the item in that state. California is the most common example.

Lead Times & Transit

  • Typical lead time for order processing, fulfilment and shipping is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the items purchased and our shipping queue.
  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), lead times may be extended. Current processing times will be shown via a banner or notification on our website.
  • Once shipped, transit typically takes 2 to 4 business days.
  • Large items — such as our SimRacing chassis, monitor stands and racing seats — may not arrive on the same day as the rest of your order, as their size and weight mean they're sorted differently at our shipping partner's hub.

Order Changes

  • We can't guarantee any order modifications after an order is fulfilled.
  • Once your package is marked "Out for Delivery," we can't change the shipping address.

Refused Shipments

  • If you refuse your incoming shipment for any reason and it's returned to us in Montreal, you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the invoiced goods.
  • We will not reimburse any fees or tariffs charged by the carrier.

Warranty & Returns

Return Window

  • Advanced SimRacing offers a 30-day window to request a return on all items, except electronic products, which have a 14-day return window.
  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return — 14 days for electronic products.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items returned to our warehouse.
  • Any return not processed through the official return procedure will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are a non-refundable service.

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at support@simulatorshq.com to start the return process.
  • If your return is accepted, you are responsible for selecting your preferred carrier, preparing the items for shipment, and handing them to your carrier.

Discounted Items

  • Items purchased at a discount are non-refundable if the box has been opened. The box must be sealed for a return to be accepted.
  • Any discounted item returned with an open box will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order on reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Packaging & Condition

  • You are responsible for securely packaging return items so they arrive in original, undamaged condition.
  • Items that are damaged, scratched or scuffed due to improper packing or handling may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • You are fully responsible for the condition and integrity of any equipment being returned until it is physically received and inspected by our team.
  • All return shipments must be sent via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL or Canada Post, with a "Signature Required" service.
  • Any return shipped with a non-approved courier, or without a signature requirement, will be refused. Lost, stolen or unconfirmed packages are not eligible for refund or reimbursement.
